I saw almost all the review writers got a free machine so ignored the reviews even though they are valuable to me. I continued on as I have a Ninja and feel they build quality products. When I noticed this product, I liked that it was a solid, all stainless steal design, and that it didn't use filters. Unfortunately, since the pitcher is double-walled, it is not to be used on a stove top. However, this design does keep your coffee warm longer and there's little risk of burning yourself.
